Catching up…

Well, it has been quite a while since I have posted anything and it is not because I have nothing to say, because if you know me then you know that is never the case! Crazy busy is the best way I can describe the last few months. I have been bogged down with so many projects that my daily schedule of life has been put on hold, even car events have been sacrificed!!! I am now coming close to being caught up and hopefully will be back on schedule soon so I thought (this is me being overwhelmed and looking for a quicker way to catch up) if I did a quick post of some of the cars I have done since the last post and combined them into one larger post it would make my life easier and your eyes would thank me too since the length of the posts would be like pages from a novel. (you can also thank my Samsung phone for taking a *hit and losing tons of photo’s, so a move to the iphone should keep that from happening again) So here we go with the 411……

Hurst custom tune
Hurst Engine Pic
2010 Camaro, I only installed the twin turbo kit. Another local shop did the wide body kit.
1969 Bronco
Custom tuned this fuel injected / blown 1969 Bronco.
1966 Chevelle
Custom tuned this 66 Chevelle with a 454 and Edelbrock's Pro Flow fuel injection.
Custom tuned this 69 Suburban with an LS1 conversion.
You probably remember this car from a previous header, clutch, custom tune install but this time it came back to roughen up its idle. I installed some comp cams that gave this GT500 a whole lotta shake....for intimidation purposes only! lol
Custom tuned 2003 Lightning from Beaver Falls, Pa

On one of my recent trips to Georgia to do some tuning for Legend Mustangs (these car pics were lost) we took a break one day and headed out to grab lunch and found this really cool spot in Senoia, Georgia called the Redneck Gourmet. If you happen to be somewhere around this old school town called Senoia on a Sunday cruise definitely make this your stop for lunch and beg the owner like I did (since it was a Friday and Saturday special only) to get a “Double Dawg Dare Ya”…since I am a redneck “at heart” it only seemed to fit!

ARP's 2010 Camaro
Installed twin turbo's, FAST intake manifold, GMS ignition coils, 3" exhaust and brake rotors.
07 Shelby GT500

This is my daily driver. It’s amazing how 592rwhp can become a little boring and seem slow. I blame this on some of the high horsepower daily drivers I have tuned recently!

So I decided to tear her apart and shoot for a 9 second daily driver since 10’s was becoming the norm running around SoCal. Upgrades ranging from a complete rearend overhaul, complete transmission overhaul with many upgrades including more over drive in 5th/6th, to full length headers, cams, head studs, bigger blower, clutch, bigger intercooler, bigger radiator and much much more….lets just say sitting at a redlight, the cams might give it away that she is anything but a stock Shelby running around LA!

Custom tuned this 09 with a KenneBell in Rochester,Pa
09 Cartek Motorsports

Along with the lost photos were that of some really cool cars including a custom tune on an 08 Mustang CS with a Procharger and Hot Rod Cams, a 99 Lightning with a freshly built motor I did a fuel pump upgrade and custom tune, installed Hot Rod cams and custom tuned an 06 Mustang GT in Beaver Falls Pa, installed a pulley and custom tuned an 03 SS Chevy truck with a magnuson on it, custom tuned a 71 Nova with an LS1 conversion, and I am sure there are quite a few more. I am trying to get pictures of these missing projects but until then I am sure you get the “drift”…lol

Oh, and I also recently made a trip back to Cleveland Ohio to OTC College where I am an industry expert advisor, on the advisory board, and also develop programs for them. I sat in on the High Performance Program and am developing new curriculum along with an elite Edelbrock Program that will hopefully be launched this fall!
