Well folks it’s that time of the year again to report back about all of the crazy, off the hook Vegas stories…about all of the cool cars of course. We’ll save the “poker stories” for another time!
With the new 5.0 engine release from Ford I figured we would see alot of Mustangs and I hit the nail on the head. It seemed like every row had a tricked out Mustang or a Camaro on display. Although I am not going to bog you down with loads of car pics that will rub it in the face of all those that could not attend, I will leave you with one that I fell in love with…Galpin Auto Sports’ wide body GT500. This car is off the hook. I am not usually into wide bodies but this car has such style I couldn’t help but give it mad props!
You have to give credit where credit is due…hats off to the guy that brought this design to the table!
Every year manufacturers throw parties and with the way the economy has brought down the budgets of businesses all over the country the SEMA parties have gotten pretty hard to come by with the exception of the Kicker Bash. I know I speak for many when I say that Kicker steps up to the plate religiously every year and puts a hell of a party on! With a DJ, Freestyle Motorcross, pit bike racing, a live band, food and free beer…what more could you ask for??!!
And last but not least, many people walk their asses off all over the convention center scoping out the hottest parts and vehicles it seems the best part of the show is Friday at 430pm when all the vehicles that were on display are funneled out of the convention center and onto Paradise Blvd. Here is probably one of the only times you will see monster trucks driving along side of moms mini van and stopping at red lights!
