Charities

I think we as a whole should slow our worlds down once in a while and take time to reflect on what we do have, rather than what we do not.

Donating to foundations is one option, but I feel to get the true reflection of how fortunate we really are volunteering is the only way to connect. Find your own ways to help those less fortunate and in the end you will appreciate the little things in life far more.  If there is a charity close to your heart that you think I can help with feel free to send me an email with the reason it is important to you and the contact info and we will see if there is a way to come together and make a difference.

  1. This is so true! Until someone comes face to face with the people involved with or the people/animals a foundation is helping, can one truly understand just how important that particular outreach may be to those around us. Our motto is “NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! Together we can do great things!” I have learned to open my eyes to those around me, you will then have an opportunity to met some amazing people that you may have passed right on by! Our world has changed dramatically since Bryson was diagnosed with Leukemia. I wish I would have seen the need before being thrown right in the middle of it head on. Be the person that makes a difference!
